Testing
The test
of a document's worth, be it on the Web or in print
format, is in how effectively users are able to understand
and navigate through it and,
most importantly, does the document achieve desired
end results, whether the desired end result be a sale,
a contact, name recogniton or maybe providing information
and resources.
Because
different documents serve different purposes, our usability
testing is planned for each unique situation.
It's truly not
worth all of the time and expense of producing a document
if the document won't be effective. Testing out a document
with usability test makes a lot of sense and save cents,
too.
