As a technical
communication professional, Alice works with individuals,
non-profit organizations and commercial enterprises to
produce effective, personalized and professional communications
in print and online formats.
She discovered
her interest in the field of technical communication
in 2001 when she helped a non-profit community environmental
organization create fundraising and information materials.
In 2007, Alice
completed her Master's Degree in Technical Communication
and was honored as the outstanding tech comm graduate
student.
She is a member
of the Society
for Technical Communication and currently serves
on the Quest
Communication Advisory Panel for people with disabilities
and seniors.
