to Achieve Results
(STAR) program is Minnesota’s federally funded Assistive Technology
Act program. Our mission is to help Minnesotans of all ages with
disabilities gain access to and acquire the assistive technology
they need to perform tasks at home, school, work, and in their community.

This program provides amplified telephones, ring signalers, speaker
phones, and Braillephones for individuals who are unable to use a
standard telephone. We serve individuals of all ages who have a hearing
loss, speech difficulty or physical disability who benefit from the
telephone equipment provided at no charge.
